The planner offense panel shows troop, spell, hero, and equipment progress. Pair it with the lab queue so you max what you actually use in war.
War-focused order
Max your main army’s core troops and the spell you lean on before niche units.
Siege machines unlock at TH12 - queue them after your carry troops unless your clan relies on specific sieges.
Hero equipment
Equipment levels live in the gear queue and ore budget. Prioritize the pieces tied to your main attack (e.g. Royal Cloak, Giant Gauntlet) before collection pieces.
